Our latest guest in chocolate chats on insta live was Flo Broughton of Choc on Choc. Flo and her dad, Kerr, set up their chocolate business in 2003. Kerr designing the chocolate moulds and Flo designing their creations. All are handmade by their team of 30 in Somerset. Their creations have been supplied to the likes of Sting, Michael McIntyre, Nicolas Cage and a BBC production team to give to Mary Berry.
Choc on Choc have won a name for themselves with creating the most incredible look alike everyday objects from chocolate. Think a chocolate cheese board where the brie looks so ripe you want to eat it immediately (photo below), chocolate crayons which look as if they are ready to draw with, a gardening kit where you feel as if you could head off into a garden with. You get the idea!
