Our first series of Instagram lives kicked off last Thursday with Isobel Carse, Founder of the multi award-winning Dormouse Chocolates joining us for chocolate chat. Founded at the end of 2014 Dormouse Chocolates has notched up awards from both the Academy of Chocolate and International Chocolate Awards. Based in Manchester, working on her own Isobel creates flavours which are seriously funky (Eggs on Toast is just one) as well as producing bars which sing with the characters of the cocoa beans she uses.
