There were two chocolates left to taste from the selection I bought when I visited Ara Chocolat in Paris last week. The chocolates were Cashew Nut Praline and Caramel with Spices. All Andres and Sabina's chocolates are vegan and dipped in their bean to bar couverture. These were dipped in Nicaraguan dark chocolate. Hear how I got on tasting them and also a bit more about the amazing duo who originate from Venezuela but ended up in France.
