Elisabeth Chocolatier was created by Elisabeth 20 years ago with her small store in Bruges. There are now 7, including Paris. She curates the most incredible chocolate delicacies from around Belgium. Each one created by a an expert in that particular area of chocolate.

I treated myself, and you ;), to chocolates created by Belgian's award-winning chocolatier, Frederique Blondeel and a Zwevezeelse made by Bakker Danny. This is the most divine creation and Belgium speciality using a caramelised almond biscuit base, white chocolate and a 'pillow' filled with the most incredible vanilla patisserie cream filling. The texture combination utter heaven.

Citron vert - milk chocolate with lime ganache
Rose & poivre noir - rose ganache and black pepper
Simonis - praline speculoos
Charles Hot - chilli pepper ganache
Cannelle - cinnamon ganache
